Account FAQ — Registration, KYC & Verification
Signing up, verifying, and keeping your account secure — answered here. LVJILI is PAGCOR-licensed, so a few rules (age, KYC, own-name accounts) are regulatory requirements rather than house policy.
The one-time setup
You register once, verify once, and then everything is self-service. KYC is the only step with a wait, and it is a single 24–48 hour review before your first withdrawal.
- Accepted IDs: Philippine passport, SSS card, UMID, PhilHealth card, driver's license, or PRC ID.
- Minimum age: 21, verified during KYC before any payout.
- Accounts must be in your own legal name — third-party or borrowed accounts are rejected.
- Self-service controls: deposit limits, reality-check reminders, and self-exclusion live in your dashboard.
Frequently Asked Questions
How do I create an LVJILI account?
Tap Register, enter your mobile number and a password, then confirm the OTP sent to your phone. Setup takes under two minutes. Use your own details — they must match the ID you submit at KYC.
How old do I have to be?
You must be at least 21 years old, as required by Philippine gaming law. Age is checked during KYC, and any account found to belong to a minor is closed.
Why do I need to complete KYC?
KYC (Know Your Customer) is a PAGCOR requirement, not something LVJILI invented. It confirms your identity and age and protects your account from unauthorized access. You submit one valid ID and a selfie a single time.
How long does verification take?
The one-time KYC review is completed within 24–48 hours. Once it clears, you can withdraw, and future cashouts need no further checks.
Which IDs are accepted?
A Philippine passport, SSS card, UMID, PhilHealth card, driver's license or PRC ID all work. Make sure the name matches your account and your payout wallet.
Can I set limits on my own account?
Yes. Deposit limits (daily, weekly or monthly), reality-check reminders, and self-exclusion are all in your account dashboard and can be set or adjusted at any time. See our Responsible Gaming page for details.
